Overview
:We are seeking a Lead Engineer to support the development of next-generation clinical data applications. This role involves hands-on work in creating scalable, secure solutions that process and analyze large data sets. You’ll contribute actively to sprints and work closely with the team, jumping in to resolve complex challenges and support POCs as needed.
Key Responsibilities
:10+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a management role
Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot and design frontend applications in Angular
Collaborate with product and clinical teams to address technical needs and refine user-facing features
Contribute to architectural decisions and lead POCs to explore new solutions
Preferred Qualifications
:Big data experience (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
Knowledge of healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
Manager - Software Development (Healthcare Data Engineering)
