Key Responsibilities
- Be the CEO’s Strategic Partner: Serve as the trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing key relationships with professionalism and a sense of urgency. You’ll be the first line of communication, enabling smooth and seamless interactions.
- Master of Communication: Prepare high-impact correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Your editing and writing skills will be front and center, helping to craft clear, compelling messages that reflect the organization’s goals and values.
- Calendar & Event Coordination Extraordinaire: Manage a fast-paced and dynamic calendar—schedule important meetings, coordinate logistics, and organize executive team retreats, board meetings, and conferences that leave a lasting impression. You'll be the logistical mastermind, ensuring all details are handled effortlessly.
- Travel Concierge: Handle all travel arrangements with finesse—from booking flights and hotel accommodations to preparing itineraries for out-of-town meetings and virtual conferences. You’ll be the go-to for ensuring smooth, stress-free travel experiences for the CEO.
- Project Support & Research: Play an integral role in supporting key projects. Help research important topics, document decisions and action items, and maintain project documentation to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and effectively.
- Public Relations & Communications Guru: Assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external communications—be it newsletters, press releases, or social media content. You’ll help craft the stories that tell the world about the impactful work we’re doing.
- Attention to Detail in Compliance & Documentation: Keep tabs on company certifications, contracts, and other compliance documents to ensure everything is up-to-date and running smoothly. Help the team stay informed on TAB’s policies and procedures.
