The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, warranty, and repair services on electrical systems at the customers' location.
Your job tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Daily JSA, lockout, and test sheet review
- Assisting others with high level technical tasks such as troubleshooting using wiring diagrams or electrical prints
- Communication with the customer on any issues found as well as onsite progress
This position currently consists of 60% travel. We are growing our customer base and there are significant travel perks and flexibility in scheduling and vacation.
Qualifications:
- Field experience dealing with 480V power, reading prints, power distribution or generation.
- Strong electrical background: Journeyman or Master Electrician, Naval Nuclear Power Training, Manufacturing or Data Facility Maintenance Technician, Power Generating Station Technician.
- Ability to pass a drug test at all times.
- Ability to pass background checks for government or private secure facilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
