Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and respond to inquiries in the Benefits Inbox.
- Guide employees, dependents, and retirees on all benefits-related matters, including new enrollments, coverage status, terminations, retirement, and resolving discrepancies.
- Support the upkeep of the benefits system, managing enrollments and updates as needed.
- Aid in reconciling invoices and generating essential benefits reports.
- Assist with the administration of leave of absence processes.
- Support the worker’s compensation program by managing initial injury reports, coordinating with Catalyst, and drafting light-duty notification letters for employees.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, FMLA, and Workers Compensation
- Proficiency in Excel and HR software applications
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing reports and database maintenance
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
