IDR is seeking a Provider Administration Specialist to join it's team in Alpharetta, GA!
This is fully remote until further notice!
Responsibilities of the Provider Administration Specialist Include:
- As part of this position, you will oversee the distribution of updated provider information requests from dental offices and maintain the integrity of provider information on enterprise systems.
- Provides support for various workflow queues for claims involving address tax identification numbers that conflict with provider data.
- Creates monthly reports and credentialing document verification requests by running queries.
Requirements of the Provider Administration Specialist Include:
- At least two years of relevant experience (Managed Care, Medical/Dental Insurance, Medical Claims, or Billing experience).
- Ability to type 40 words per minute without making more than two errors.
- Strong telephone skills.
- The position requires a high school diploma or GED, but candidates with demonstrated experience will also be considered.
