Support Engineer
Contract: 9 months (possible to extend)
Location: Redmond, WA (fully onsite)
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing for the aerospace industry.
• Experience with PCBA rework, including hand soldering of electronic components and reading schematics
• Experience with common electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering results on time.
• Experience supporting the development of space based systems.
• Experience working in aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to review and develop written instructions, document work performed, and follow up with engineers and management as needed.
• Degree or certificate in related field
• Current or recently expired certification in IPC soldering standards including 7711/7721, J-STD, and J-STD Space Applications.
