Senior PM
Location: Hybrid - Redmond, WA (Rose Hill area) *parking is available on-site
Target Start Date: 12/2/2024
Contract Duration: 2 years
Pay Rate: $60 - $80/hr depending on experience
Required PM Skills:
- Vendor management skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- experience dealing with system integrators
- Prior experience leading and supporting existing PMs
- Experience managing and running agendas, holding people to task
- Have they implemented an IT Application project before from end to end?
- This is a waterfall environment
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Databases is a Plus
- Knowledge of GIS is a Plus
- Understanding of NERC and NERC Controls are a Plus
Project they will support: EMS Go-live in 2026 (Energy Management System)
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage Technically Complex Action Items across Cross Functional Teams (Applications, Infrastructure, Compliance, Operations, etc.)
- Meeting Management: Agendas, Notes, Action Items
- Budget Management: Excel Forecasting File and SAP
- Management of Service Now (SNAP) Site
- Monthly Reporting in SNAP
- Because of the Extensive Nature of the project, ability to quickly learn new concepts and lead / execute with the team is critical
- Large Enterprise Project with Multiple Technologies and Multiple Organizations and Multiple Personalities …. Flexibility is Critical
- Following Direction and Knowing Role is Important
