SUMMARY:

Responsibilities
Customer Service 40% of the time:
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Any other Customer related duties that may arise
Sales Support 60%
· Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to customers to educate them about products and support we provide as directed by the sales manager
· Review and support sales reports and data to support the sales team’s efforts
· Primary maintenance of CRM – this will include the cleaning and entry of customer data
· Ensuring that sales data is uploaded to CRM accurately
· Preparing monthly reports from CRM data
· Supporting sales manager in booking product education webinars and events
· Supporting webinar presentations in execution and follow-up activities to maximize those efforts
· Supporting Sales Manager with partner relationships whether distributors, educational entities, or customers
· Supporting trade show activities
o Book and orchestrate all aspects of trade show activities

- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office 365 (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to produce reports from CRM for performance metrics
- Manage events such as trade shows from start to finish with sales/marketing teams
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field is a plus
- Experience in the nutraceutical field is a plus
