Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, be responsible for all the mail duties in the building and coordinate all vendor activity related to the building.
Building Operations:
- Mail & package processing- pick up, scan, shred mail, transport packages from PO box to Managers/ CEO's location (up to 30 pounds)
- Assist Vendors and Employees with loading and unloading of items/equipment as needed.
- Ensure appropriate vendors are entered to be paid, and audit invoices from vendors
- Keep the office clean and supplied
- Keep track of office inventory and order as needed. Including first aid kits
- Supervise the Janitorial Service
- Help manage building upkeep/repairs, including entering/tracking of work orders.
- Help manage IT Tape backups/refill
- Help with event set-up/take down.
- Facilitate and help coordinate any building inspections.
- Ensure HR notices are properly displayed. Take pictures for HR as instructed.
- New and departing employee/temp responsibilities; ensure assigned tasks are carried out.
- Track and keep staff informed of employee feedback
- Help manage the monthly credit card bill.
- Work with accounting for invoicing
