DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Business Process Management, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence/Analyst role, with a focus on both data analysis and business process improvement.
· Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Visio/Lucid Chart, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Jira.
· Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to map, document, and optimize workflows.
· Independent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on aligning business needs with data solutions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex processes and solutions to stakeholders.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
· Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve process improvements and data optimization.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and generating insightful reports to support leadership decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and leadership to understand business processes and data needs, delivering intelligent, sustainable data solutions. This position also emphasizes business process analysis, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and efficiency through automation, process improvement initiatives, and the alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
· Business Process Analysis & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes, documenting workflows, business rules, and decision models. Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, translating these into actionable recommendations.
· Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Work with subject matter experts and leadership to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Design data solutions that align with both business needs and long-term process optimization.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to generate meaningful reports and dashboards for leadership, using tools such as Power BI and SQL. Ensure data quality and accuracy by conducting regular testing and validation of data-related processes.
· Process Optimization & Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of business activities. Perform process analysis to streamline workflows and integrate automation where feasible.
· Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct testing and quality assurance for data-related processes and software implementations, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
· Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on newly implemented software systems, data tools, and process improvements. Offer ongoing support to ensure users adapt to and efficiently utilize new tools and processes.
· Project Management Support: Contribute to project planning for business process and data improvement initiatives, helping to develop timelines, track progress, and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
