A Financial Services company is hiring to support the CFO on budgeting and strategic initiatives.
Must have 5-12 years of financial planning and analysis experience from a similar industry.
Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Use these models to inform strategic decision-making and business operations.
Strategic Planning & Leadership Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership to shape long-term plans and set financial targets.
- Align financial goals with overall business and corporate objectives.
Executive Communication:
- Create high-quality presentations and executive summaries that present financial insights to senior leadership.
- Convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Special Projects & Analysis:
- Lead and manage special projects focused on financial analysis, market research, and competitive landscapes.
- Support strategic planning initiatives with data-driven insights.
Visualization & Data-Driven Decisions:
- Use advanced data visualization tools to enhance decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Build the FP&A Function:
- Define and establish the FP&A function as the first hire in a growing CFO organization.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
