$75 Billion Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Payroll Specialist
*Reporting to the SVP HRIS & Payroll
*Assist in Managing, Administering & Processing Payroll Function- 1k+ Employees
*Multi-State Payroll
*Timesheet Management
*Manage the full life cycle of activities related to the payroll process, including reviewing time data, auditing payroll registers, and completing sign-off process
*Oversee all Data- Pay Rates, Deductions, and Timesheets
*Respond to Employee Inquiries Regarding Payroll
*Review and Improve Payroll Policies & Processes
*Oversee Payroll-Related Tax Registrations, Filings, and Reporting
*Ensure Compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Payroll Regulations.
Qualifications:
*2-5+ Years of Strong Payroll experience at a Global Firm
*Asset Management, Banking, Fund Administration or Financial Services Experience a Plus
*Excellent/Advanced Excel Skills; Experience with Ceridian Dayforce a Plus
