Job Overview:
Our client provides a globally scaled benefits program that engages over twelve thousand software companies as they build applications on cloud platforms and publish and sell through an online commercial marketplace. As a senior consultant with a focus on AI applications for this partner-facing program, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s program success.
This is a true internal & external-facing enablement role - we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to lead efforts in identifying AI-powered operational efficiencies, drive AI content curation and readiness, and integrate AI benefits into the program offering. An ideal candidate would have a passion for AI and the transformation it drives, be data-driven, results-oriented and customer obsessed. We are looking for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and navigates with agility, and maintains a commitment to forging strong, collaborative relationships with program owners, stakeholders, and operations teams.
This role will:
- AI-powered Operations: execute AI initiatives within partner program operations, unlocking new ways to more cost effectively scale the program, and better support participants
- AI Enablement: contribute to the launch and rollout of AI content and readiness that enables software companies to build AI into their applications
- AI Benefits: recommend and project manage implementation of new AI benefits for software companies into the program
This role will lead a portfolio of high-visibility initiatives aimed at making the partner program the pathway for software companies to build AI apps. These initiatives include piloting new operational processes, acquiring net-new benefits, designing new software company support strategies and driving cross-functional partnerships with product teams, business groups and partner program teams. This role will also work closely with our operations team to execute against all these initiatives, while also staying close to and representing software company needs and competitive offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the timeline of AI initiatives from beginning to end
- Project manage the addition of net-new AI benefits into partner program
- Act as subject matter expert for software company AI enablement, as well as compete AI offerings
- Help promote AI app building opportunities to software companies through training and enablement
- Work with business groups and data teams to produce AI reporting and insights
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technology consulting role, with a focus on AI applications and development.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.
- Curiosity of and interest in emerging technology trends and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with external partners effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Desire to provide exceedingly high level of customer service to client.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
