International Logistics Solutions is a reseller of DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, UPS, FedEx, USPS, along with other domestic and international parcel and freight delivery networks. We are a. customized solution, specializing in domestic and international parcel shipments in the eCommerce space, servicing the B2C and B2B community, through representation of worldwide logistics providers.
We are looking to add “customer first” oriented team members to assist us with our continuing growth. You will be joining a Platinum Team.
Position Overview:
An International Logistics Solutions Customer Care member is in a daily, fast-paced environment reporting to the Operations Supervisor. Customer Care is the process of building an emotional connection with our customers, driving loyalty to the brand. This is created through timely support, reliability, and the consistent delivery of information from ILS to its clients. This position will work alongside a platinum-talented Inside Business Development Team at our Operations Support Center in Miramar, FL.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in an extensive training program at our headquarters in Miramar, FL
• Must have very strong/thorough Excel knowledge/experience. Understanding of IF statements and XLOOKUP is a minimum requirement.
• Works within our software to understand each customer’s history
• Effectively manages time and resources to attain results.
• High volume telephone calls and emails
• Works with Sales Team members when needed, to further support accounts
• Extensive, methodical follow up via email/phone calls.
• Retain a high customer retention level (over 75%)
• Maintain the integrity and vision of the company.
• Be knowledgeable of all the primary attributes of accounts.
Requirements:
Experience/Abilities
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possess a strong, confident approach.
• An active learning approach, execution of training methods and unwillingness to fail are necessary.
• Must be entrepreneurially minded and have the mindset of working toward collective goals.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• The inane ability to work independently.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred, yet not necessary
Benefits:
15 days’ vacation after six (6) months of Full Time Employment, plus one (1)
additional day per year of tenor with a maximum of twenty-three (3) days. Three (3) personal
days permitted from inception. After ninety (90) days Health Insurance eligibility, with
company contribution. Dental and Vision Insurance available. 401K
eligibility after one hundred eighty (180) days of employment.
Salary:
$35K to $46K depending on experience
