Clinic hours / pager call Worksite Setting: Hospital Scope of Work: Anxiety disorders, affective disorder, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders. 12 patients per shift. 16 beds in the department. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AK license, DEA, BLS EMR: MedHost Credentialing: 60 days
