**This role is based in NY with a hybrid/remote in-office experience. Our team works in the office every other week, and 3 months out of the year our team works from anywhere (January, July and August).**

Position overview
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Implementation Manager to join our growing team, preferably with a commercial real estate or construction industry background. This role is essential for ensuring successful onboarding and deployment of our software for new clients. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, ensuring smooth deployment of our software solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, addressing questions, and providing timely updates
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, customize solutions, and deliver tailored training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Engineering) to address technical issues, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and identify risks, ensuring all implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations
- Facilitate client handoff to the Customer Success team post-implementation, ensuring a seamless transition
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in implementation/project management or property management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Aptitude for creative problem-solving and ability to think on feet
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guiding key customer decisions and influencing customer behavior toward our company’s goals
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred:
- Experience in the SaaS industry or a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience working at or with property management companies
- Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desirable
