Position Summary
AirJoule is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to ensure efficient operations within our warehouse. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for inventory management, order handling, equipment operation, and safety. This role requires great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proven experience with warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Load and unload materials using safe handling techniques and proper equipment.
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for shipment.
- Manage inventory:
-Store, count, weigh, and open materials
-Organize and maintain material levels
-Mark and label stocks according to rack management
-Conduct regular inventory audits
- Implement warehouse processes to maintain cleanliness, organization and efficiency.
- Maintain and fill warehouse supplies.
- Manage freight and scheduling logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience working in a warehouse, 5 years of inventory management experience. Certification to operate forklifts required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and inventory management systems (ERP/MRP).
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Desire to work collaboratively with team members and various departments.
- Adherence to all safety regulations.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of walking and standing.
- Occasional periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Ability to climb ladders and maneuver on and off of forklift.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
