- Develop and support client relationships
- Organize and properly sequence the activities of a project team throughout the design and construction process
- Creative problem solving in managing construction developments
- Observe construction progress and provide construction administration services
- Participate in the development of technical drawings utilizing industry standard softwares
Qualifications
Licensure is not required but preferred. 5 years minimum experience as a project manager is required. Additional Qualifications include:
- Degree in Architecture
- Positive and Collaborative Attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness to occasionally travel depending upon project specific requirements.
