We are looking for a Trainer! In this role you’ll teach technicians how to fix forklifts and aerial lifts at a training center in Green Bay.
You don't need to have been a trainer before. We are looking for someone with past technican experience who would like to move into a training role.
This position ncludes preparing and teaching technical training programs, as well as finding and developing materials for classroom and hands-on sessions.
Training covers safety protocols, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair techniques.
You will also provide technical support via phone and email to your coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Create & facilitate training programs in person and via webinars
- Create and organize training materials and class agendas.
- Manage technical training records to keep technicians current on required classes and e-learning.
- Distribute Technical Service bulletins via email and discuss in monthly service meetings.
- Assist technicians in troubleshooting and maintain records of issues.
