Production Planning Supervisor (Toano, VA)
Kelly Services – Skilled Professional Solutions (SPS) is currently seeking a Production Planning Supervisor for one of our top clients in Toano, VA. This is a long-term contract opportunity. The role is onsite. The schedule is 7am – 3:30pm EST, M-F.
As a Production Planning Supervisor placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client’s planning team. Primary responsibilities will include guiding and directing the planning and sourcing team; analyzing finished goods and comparing actual consumption to forecast and adjusting the production schedule accordingly; and coordinating all planning of assigned finished goods from initial schedule to managing end user inventory. You’ll also develop KPIs and review and prepare various reports daily. This business segment has experienced tremendous growth.
Qualified candidates will have five plus years of planning experience and ideally three plus years of supervisory experience. Previous planning experience in the medical industry is highly preferred.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• 5 plus years of planning experience, required.
• 3 plus years of supervisor experience, preferred.
• Planning experience in the medical industry, highly preferred.
• SAP or large ERP system experience, preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v lookups, required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
