Akkodis is seeking a IT Helpdesk Specialist for a contract position with a client located in Secaucus, NJ.
Main Responsibilities:
We need someone who has experince in Microsoft Office/365, hardware and software troubleshooting, customer service, working / troubleshooting for customer.
Engineer will be responsible for standard troubleshooting of the hardware and OS of the PC's some hands and eyes support of the network equipment.
Ideal candidate would have Networking experience and ticketing system (SERVICE NOW).
Schedule - Mon-Friday 12pm-9 pm
Pay/Salary Range: $28/hr - $29/hr
There can be an expectation to work over weekends.
