Title - Senior Attorney
Hours: 8 - 5 - Hybrid
Location: Orange County, CA
Salary: up to $220K
In this role as a Senior Trial Attorney, you’ll lead complex trust and probate litigation cases from initiation through trial. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll handle all aspects of litigation—drafting pleadings, preparing motions, making court appearances, and conducting depositions. We seek an attorney with a strategic mindset, strong courtroom presence, and comprehensive knowledge of California’s Probate Code, Civil Procedure, and Evidence Code.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in trusts and estate litigation.
- Completed at least 25 depositions and 5 trials, including organizing and managing virtual evidence.
- Thorough understanding of Probate Code, CRC, and CCP.
- Proven ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.
- Proficient in technology, including Clio and MS Office Suite.
- Experience meeting billable targets and working with time-tracking systems.
- A collaborative team player.
