Strategy Execution and HR Coordination
- Based on the company's overall planning and development strategy, drive and implement the HR work of the US company. This includes recruitment, training, compensation and benefits system establishment and management, performance evaluation mechanism setup and implementation, and corporate culture cultivation and development.
- Regularly assess and analyze the company's HR work, and timely adjust the HR strategy according to the company's business development dynamics to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of human resources and provide solid HR support for the company's continuous development in the US market.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans, use diverse recruitment channels and innovative recruitment methods to attract high-quality talents and professionals with international vision and experience to join the company. Meanwhile, establish a talent pool to reserve potential human resources for the company's future development.
Compliance and Process Management
- Be proficient in employment policies and regulations, and formulate and improve HR management processes and systems that comply with legal requirements.
Employee Communication and Management
- Be responsible for the daily communication and management of employees, establish a regular communication mechanism. Regularly conduct employee interviews to deeply understand their work status, mental state, and career development expectations.
Team Building and Culture Promotion
- Actively plan and organize various team building activities and cultural dissemination activities, and strive to create a positive, open and inclusive organizational atmosphere.
- Pay attention to the physical and mental health and work-life balance of employees, advocate a healthy work-life style. Encourage employees to innovate and self-develop, provide them with sufficient development space and opportunities to promote the continuous and healthy growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majors in human resources, business administration, etc. are preferred.
- Have over 5 years of HR work experience in multinational companies.
- Have rich practical experience in at least two core HR modules such as recruitment, training, compensation and performance, and employee relations. Experience in clothing retail enterprises is preferred.
- Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and team collaboration spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with employees, management, and partners from different cultural backgrounds.
- Be able to flexibly use communication skills in a multicultural environment, coordinate the interests of all parties, and promote the smooth progress of HR work.
