As a Machinist, you will operate and program NC Mills, leveraging programming software such as Esprit or MasterCam to ensure the production of high-quality, precise parts. Responsibilities:
- Operate and program NC Mills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Create machine programs using software like Esprit or MasterCam.
- Work with manual lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-quality parts.
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, with availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Technical degree in Machine Shop (preferred).
- Proficient in programming and operating NC Mills.
- Experience with programming software such as Esprit, MasterCam, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of machine shop equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with manual lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a rotating shift schedule.
