The ideal candidate:
Collaborates with the Division President to drive division operations, improve processes, and enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages annual and revised budgets.
- Enhances margins, net income, and ROI through strategic pricing and cost controls.
- Establishes and upholds policies that promote efficiency and compliance.
- Evaluates land deals to strengthen investment portfolios.
- Oversees land budgets, job costs, and budget accuracy.
- Supports purchasing and tracks construction cost variances.
- Analyzes monthly financials to guide divisional performance.
- Monitors balance sheet items like WIP, escrows, and accruals.
- Leads accounts payable and supports compliance and IT initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- - CPA/Public Accounting experience is a plus.
