Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence and safety? Our client, located near Shelbyville, KY is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee the essential processes in our 24/7 recycling facility
As the Foundry Supervisor, you’ll: ✅ Lead a team in transforming copper scrap into high-quality ingots ✅ Drive safety, production, and continuous improvement ✅ Ensure the team meets daily goals while enhancing operational efficiency ✅ Collaborate closely with other shift supervisors and support employees' development
Key Qualifications: 🔹 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting 🔹 Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills 🔹 Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 🔹 Molten metal experience preferred (not required)
