Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in civil litigation, including trial work, to join our team. This is a leadership role designed for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes environments, excels at strategic case management, and is motivated to lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of litigation, be able to provide sound guidance and advocacy for our clients, and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other essential litigation documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues.
- Manage discovery processes, including overseeing depositions.
- Counsel and advise clients on litigation matters and strategic case approaches.
- Negotiate settlements with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and trials.
- Interpret and apply laws and rulings pertinent to case management.
- Lead and manage a team of junior attorneys and legal staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction.
- Oversee team performance and productivity, ensuring case milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement best practices for case management, client relations, and team development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of civil litigation experience with trial exposure.
- Active Colorado Bar License.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing or mentoring a team.
- A strategic, solution-oriented approach to legal issues.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 per year
- Bonus: Performance-based incentive bonuses
