Job Title – Labor & Employment Attorney/Partner
Package - $200,000 - $270,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Location – Office Based (hybrid considered)

Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Labor and Employment Attorney/ Junior Partner to focus servicing existing clients in wage and hour and Paga cases. Attorneys need to be able to take on cases with out supervision and confidently be able to hit the ground running.
Experience required
- Minimum of 5 + years of handling all aspects of employment law. Wage and Hour matters, PAGA experience is a must.
- The ability to take depositions, hit the ground running and first chair a trial or arbitration if needed
- Experience in supervision and management of attorneys.
- Barred in California.
Candidate Requirements :
- 5+ years Experience in Employment Litigation Law. (Wage And Hour and PAGA)
- Portable book of business not required
- Attorneys/Partners must be team players with a positive, ambitious mentality.
