Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the CEO of Aneden Consulting and Aneden Gives. This person will be responsible for a wide range of executive support activities and coordination of project deliverables and tracking of milestones.
Administrative Duties
- Takes ownership of managing the CEO's day-to-day schedule with an emphasis on task prioritization, delegation, and risk management to stay ahead of real-time issues
- Manages the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters
- Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Under minimal supervision, this person offers administrative support services to executives and staff
- Engage in company’s charitable endeavors, Aneden GIVES. This includes planning and supporting gala events, taking meeting minutes during board meetings, and reviewing grant application etc.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Project Coordination Duties
- Managing projects such as maintaining project managing software, scheduling internal and external project meetings etc.
- Development, review, or modification of emails, presentations, meeting prep or key correspondence documentation on behalf of the CEO
- Support drafting proposals, project reports and creating PowerPoint slides
- Draft and distribute meeting minutes
- Experience in the Engineering or Tech industry preferred
Requirements
This role requires someone who is a self-starter and who has high organizational skills. Work requires independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are time-sensitive in nature. May perform special assignments such as researching information and compiling information. Will handle general office management & coordinate office supply inventories. Other job duties include fielding telephone calls, preparing checks & wires for approval, data entry, and organization of correspondences and tasks. The Executive Coordinator will also help with compiling minutes to project meetings and assist staff with keeping projects on track.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
- Be a results-driven achiever with excellent organizational skills
- Must be an exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School graduate required.
Work Location: Remote (While this position is remote, preference may be given to individuals in the greater Seattle area)

Benefits: Health Benefits Package, 401K (25% of gross pay), Paid Sick, PTO and Holidays
Pay: $65,000-$85,000 per year
Hours: 8:30am- 5:00 pm PST
