The owners make regular financial investments in the business, and have even moved into making their own product.
Role Summary
The General Manager will focus on oversight of shift managers and staff (about 10 employees total in winter; 25-30 in busy season). This role will also be expected to train and mentor the employees, many of whom are in high school and college, and may not have had jobs before. The General Manager will need to be attuned to the staff and customers, and be able to jump from the office to the counter at a moment's notice.
Hours
Winter: 25-30 hours/week. Busy season: 40-45 hours/week, including some Friday and Saturday nights.

Qualifications
Core
- 3+ years of food/beverage service experience (restaurant, bar, etc.)
- 1+ year of management experience (or 4+ years if no food/beverage service experience)
