Job Title: Axiom Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Axiom Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Axiom development and be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Axiom solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Axiom-based applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement Axiom modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct testing and debugging of Axiom applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Axiom-related issues.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest Axiom features and enhancements, and recommend improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Axiom development.
- Strong knowledge of AxiomSL (now known as Axiom) platform and its components.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
