Our client is seeking a Programmatic Media Lead to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns, with a primary focus on DV360 and other relevant platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of campaign management, from setup to optimization, ensuring that campaigns meet and exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic campaigns on DV360 and other platforms.
- Set up campaigns, develop strategies, manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative elements.
- Conduct daily performance analysis and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Maintain detailed logs of campaign optimizations and continuously refine strategies.
- Deliver bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights for clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client objectives.
- Identify and implement new tools or technologies to enhance campaign performance.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with ad operations and platform use.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in programmatic media, either at an agency or in-house.
- Expertise in DSPs, particularly DV360, with a solid understanding of ad servers and tracking tools.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to make recommendations based on performance insights.
- Experience with paid search and social media is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Sheets/Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines.
