ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Act as dealers' primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Facilitate communication between dealers and the finance department to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Work closely with sales and marketing for communications of promotions as well as business programs
Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and financial transactions.
Utilize Excel for data management, analysis, and dealer performance and finance metrics reporting.
Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, budgets, and forecasts.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all dealers.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance dealer support.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to dealer engagement and financial performance.
Provide support toward the certification and ensure compliance with customer-required quality management systems (TISAX, TS16949, IATF, etc..)
Positions that fall under the functions of Product Development, Legal, HR, IT, and Executive Management are required to exercise a higher level of confidentiality and discretion in handling information the positions have access to.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration preferred and four or more years of experience as or equivalent combinations of experience, training, and education.
