Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Radiology
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Licensure: Active Illinois medical license and DEA required
- Experience: Candidates must have clean files for consideration
- Specialty & Shift Preference: Must be noted at the time of name clearance
