Job Description
- 5 - 7 years of Experience Strong experience in Banking Finance & Risk Management Domain
- Experience in client facing roles & stakeholder management.
- Responsible for the production support deliverables and worked as team lead
- Can work independently lead and mentor the team on BAU production activities
- Experience in Finance technologies like OFSAAI Hyperion OBIEE .
- Understanding of end-to-end data flow w.r.t to OFSAAI and basic knowledge of OFSAA data management modules
- Experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
- Good Understanding of database concepts and hands on experience in SQL scripts/queries
- Knowledge on batch scripting and Autosys scheduling tool.
- Hands on experience in Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Good exposure on batch operations.
- Knowledge on CRM (Credit Risk Management)
- Good Functional knowledge is added advantage-(LRM ALM FTP)
- Very good trouble shooting skills and experience in production support area
- Good understanding of webservers (tomcat & Weblogic)
- Good understanding of production Support Response and Resolution SLAs and has exposure to Ticketing tool such as Service Now (SNOW) Cloud and Java added advantage.
