The EDI Specialist will serve as the EDI subject matter to include setting up new customers, implementing changes to forms/requirements, and managing and monitoring EDI transactions daily.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain EDI systems
- Conduct analysis of EDI transactions to ensure proper function and accuracy
- Respond to issues related to EDI orders, invoices, claims, or other transactions
- EDI setup, implementation, and maintenance
- Leveraging 3rd parties to troubleshoot EDI data-related obstacles and develop recommended solutions
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in EDI setup, implementation, and maintenance
- Ability to leverage 3rd parties to troubleshoot EDI data-related situations to develop recommended solutions
- Able to work in a team setting or independently
- Excellent communication skills
