DIRECTOR OF WOMEN’S SERVICES - (Tennessee)
- 23 hospital system
- Dedicated Women’s & Children’s Hospital
- The director will be responsible for Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, GYN, and Antepartum.
- L&D – 23 beds / 110 FTE’s
- M/B – 48 beds / 79 FTE’s
- GYN – 24 beds / 25 FTE’s
- Antepartum – 10 beds
- NICU will be placed under this director within 1 year (this will add 40 beds, 157 FTEs, and 1 manager)
- 5,200 births/year
- 105 total beds
- 233 total FTEs
- 3 direct reports (3 managers)
- Plans to open an OB Emergency Department (OBED) in the L&D within the next couple of years are underway.
DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S SERVICES - (Tennessee)
- 23 hospital system
- Dedicated Women’s & Children’s Hospital
- The director will be responsible for Peds/PICU, Peds ED, Perch (triage area)
- Peds/PICU – 12 beds / 37 FTE’s
- ED – 30K visits / 39 FTEs / 10 beds
- Perch (triage area) – 3 beds / 9 FTE’s
- Float pool – 10 FTE’s
- 25 total beds
- 85 total FTEs
- 3 direct reports (3 managers)
