Assistant Community Manager in Santa Ana (does not live on site)
Full time: $22-$24 per hour, Tuesday - Saturday but has the option to be changed to Monday - Friday.
TrueDoor Property Management is looking for an Assistant Community Manager. We are looking for the right person to join our property management team. This is an entry level position and we will train the right person. Must have your own car, vehicle insurance and good driving record. Real Estate License is preferred but not required to apply. If you do not have your RE license you will be required to get it within first 6 months of employment. Spanish speaking is useful but not required.

Duties (experience is helpful but not necessary):
- Data entry of new clients and properties into our property management software.
- Marketing vacancies including Matterport 360 tours, photos, social media and content creation
- Assist Senior Property Manager with applications. Review applications, gather tenant documents, and screen applicants.
- Assist with move-ins, verify payment, set expectations with tenants, issue keys, etc.
- General customer service, communicate with tenants and property owners and help them resolve any outstanding issues such as HOA violations and delinquent rent.
- Coordinate lease renewals between the owner of the property and the tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance on properties. Review tenants maintenance requests, approve work, notify property owners of work, and order work from the maintenance company. Follow up to verify completion and keep owner's informed.
- Assist Senior Property Manager with move-outs, and set expectations with the tenants regarding security deposits and move-out procedures, perform pre-move out and move-out evaluations.
Helpful skills and experience (but not necessary):

- Excellent follow-up and problem solving skills
- College Degree
- Bi-lingual (let us know what languages)
- Real estate and/or property management experience
- Any customer service experience, (ex. hospitality, food service, call centers, etc.)
We have a tight team, we work hard but we have a good time. The individual needs to be very detailed, work well under pressure and able to provide a high level of customer service and support. We are working in a small team atmosphere and the individual should be able to communicate effectively and be a self-starter. Being able to type fast and speak Spanish would be a big help and give you an edge in the process. If you have relevant experience like hospitality or something that requires a high level of service you would be a good fit.
