The Document Review Associate performs Document Review according to standard procedures or instructions. This person will be joining the Private team and will be responsible for researching various issues and reporting exceptions for Corporate Trust clients to ensure client satisfaction , quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements. This involves reviewing loans (or collateral) documents, handling file processing, and working with internal clients and contacts to determine the source of any problems and correct errors. The Private team must research checklists that are specific to every client which requires a strong attention to detail with the ability adapt quickly. Additionally, this person must have the ability to be flexible and assist other teams, as needed. This may include but is not limited to filing/vault work, release document verification, prepping files and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has experience working with Excel, great communication, and work ethic.
