Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Boston, Denver or Remote

Job Description:
- Build and manage comprehensive financial models incorporating tax equity, debt, and cash equity structures, while adapting to evolving regulatory, project-specific, and corporate assumptions.
- Create detailed investment committee presentations to support informed investment decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to regularly update financial models with the latest inputs and assumptions.
- Provide support for multiple project finance and M&A transactions simultaneously, including managing due diligence efforts and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Project Finance experience at a Developer of IPP.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
