Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company in the North Puget Sound region.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you supervise the maintenance team and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently and effectively.
Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing machinery and robotic equipment.
- Oversee a team of maintenance technicians striving for plant excellence
- Lead maintenance schedules, workflows, accurate record-keeping, new equipment installations
- Ensure all state and federal regulations are met and maintained, and perform corrective actions for all equipment efficiency
- Guarantee all maintenance work is compliant with company policies and procedures
- Operate CMMS and PLC programming to further develop the maintenance department
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead in an automated manufacturing environment
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Experience improving and streamlining manufacturing or industrial machining processes
- Hands-on experience with Pneumatics, Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, and Programmed Logic Controls (PLCs)
Salary: $85,000-$100,000
