HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks a dedicated Licensed Site Director with an active license as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC to lead operations at a 16-bed residential treatment center in Cleveland, OH, specializing in eating disorders. This leadership role is ideal for licensed professionals ready to take on a strategic role in clinical care and management.
As the Licensed Site Director, you’ll lead daily operations, ensure quality care, and implement new treatment approaches to enhance client outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Oversight: Manage space, emergencies, scheduling, and all client services across therapy, nutrition, and medical areas.
- Staff Leadership: Engage and mentor staff, directing and coaching the leadership team to foster retention and high performance.
- Client Flow & Census Management: Own census operations, from new inquiries to program census and group management.
- Clinical Involvement: Maintain a small caseload for intakes and group sessions to stay connected with client experiences as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC
- Communication & Site Leadership: Lead through site meetings, team discussions, and clinical consultations to ensure smooth operations and goal alignment.
Qualifications for Licensed Site Director
- Master’s degree in clinical mental health, social work, or a related field.
- Independent licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Ohio is required.
- Preferred experience with Eating Disorders treatment
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a clinical setting, particularly in behavioral health or residential care.
