Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities for residential development.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies on prospective land deals.
- Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and government entities.
- Manage the due diligence process, including environmental assessments, zoning, and entitlements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful handoff from acquisition to development.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in residential development.
