Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other Salesforce cloud products.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
- Strong background in designing scalable and robust Salesforce architecture to meet business requirements and ensure system performance.
- Proficiency in developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
- Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- 7-10 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a focus on architecture and development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical solutions.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security controls, and governance processes.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and ability to drive innovation in leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
