Our client, a prestigious Global Law Firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its Miami office. This role is pivotal in providing front-desk reception support and comprehensive administrative assistance. The successful candidate will coordinate events, manage phones and calendars, set up meetings, and interact directly with lawyers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including calendar management
- Providing administrative support to lawyers, including document preparation and correspondence
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintaining organization of the reception area and conference rooms
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in a law firm environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A professional and polished demeanor, with exceptional interpersonal skills
