ReGeneration Schools is a nonprofit school management organization dedicated to creating successful schools through a college prep and character mission. We manage three K-8 elementary campuses in Chicago, IL, and two campuses in Cincinnati, OH, that serve over 1,900 low-income students. Our mission is to ensure that all children have access to a high quality, college-preparatory education through academic excellence and the content of their character.
We are accomplishing that mission every day, moving from the bottom 17% of the state to being rated as the #1 gap busting network in Illinois in ELA and #3 in math by Stanford’s 2023 Credo Report.
Superintendents at ReGeneration Schools serve as vitally important leaders in our organization and help drive the success of our schools and principals. The Superintendent oversees instructional and academic programs for all middle schools within the network and is accountable for developing principals and instructional leaders to drive student success and achievement within their schools.
As a Superintendent at ReGeneration Schools, you will oversee instruction and manage and support a group of Principals. The Superintendent is a full-time employee, hired, supported, and, evaluated by the Chief Academic Officer.
