REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a background and experience in HOA Property Management
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and strong Public Speaking skills
- Ability to establish, nurture and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members and vendors
- Financial analysis and interpretation skills
- Proactive leader with proven track record of exceeding client's expectations
- Extensive experience in and knowledge of community associations, state and federal laws and governing documents
- Strong motivator and supervisor
