Job Description:
Introduction:
Client Conferences is seeking a qualified contractor to assist in the development of a comprehensive strategy for metadata tagging of content. This initiative aims to streamline our tagging process, align it with client Research and Enterprise initiatives, and enhance the scalability and quality of our data and AI exercises.
Responsibilities:
1. Assessment and Analysis:
Conduct a thorough assessment of the current tagging process for client Conferences.
Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the alignment with client Research and Enterprise initiatives.
2. Strategy Development:
Develop a comprehensive strategy for metadata tagging that addresses the identified challenges.
Ensure the strategy facilitates programmatic matching to enhance data and AI exercises.
3. Collaboration and Alignment:
Work closely with the Conferences Product Strategy & Management team to ensure alignment with broader client initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Conferences Client Success, Digital Platforms and Innovation, and Conferences Business Analytics teams.
4. Documentation and Recommendations:
Develop detailed documentation outlining the proposed strategy.
Provide recommendations for tools, technologies, and processes to support the new tagging strategy.
5. Communication and Reporting:
Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.
Prepare and present the final report summarizing the initiative's outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in metadata tagging and content management.
Must have 5-7 year of professional Experience supporting Metadata Strategy projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work both in-person and remotely with associates.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools and technologies related to metadata tagging and content management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing strategies for metadata tagging or content taxonomy.
Background in data strategy, information architecture, or knowledge management.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and processes.
