Job Duties:
•Responsible for all job site activity
•Reviews and redlines plans
•All daily reports, logs, RFI’s and change orders and reviews contracts
•Schedules and coordinates all subcontractors
•Creates look ahead schedules
Qualifications
•Minimum of 8-10 years of construction supervisory experience or combination of experience of education and experience.
•Great communication and leadership skills
•Able to read blueprints
•Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft and basic computer skills
