Our client, a Leading General Contractor seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee and manage a variety of industrial and cold storage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Light Industrial construction, with expertise in Industrial Cold Storage, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Plants, and/or Warehouses. Depending on your preference, opportunities are available for projects locally, regionally, or nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily site operations, including supervision of subcontractors and site crews.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and logistics, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, address, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, maintaining smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in industrial construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in managing and completing projects related to Light Industrial, Cold Storage, or Commercial buildings.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience managing crews and coordinating with multiple subcontractors.
- Familiarity with Tilt Wall and PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) is a plus.
